Dear Dr. Murphy and Amie,
Chris and I would like to thank you both so much for all your support through this difficult time. It's hard to know where to begin.
First of all, thank you Dr. Murphy for coming out so late in the day in order to accomodate us. It gave us the time we needed with Bugsy. You were kind enough to explain every step of the procedure, and it eased out fears about Bugsy feeling anything or suffering. You were nice enough to suggest clippin some of his fur (which we are very glad you did!) and we sincerely appreciate how you handled his remains with the utmost respect to him and to us. Being a pet owner your've been through this already, but this was our first time. The few times that you saw him, you for to know that he had quite a personality, so you know how difficuls it was for us. But we needed to do what was best for Bugsy - we owed it to him, and you made an extremely difficult task a lot more bearable. Amie, we appreciate your petience in answering all our questions and your compassion for our situation. We have never met face to face, but we know you are a kind, caring person. To the both of you, thank you for making a donation to the MVA Hope Foundation in memory of Bugsy. That was very kind of you, as if you haven't done enough already! In conclusion, we would like to thank both of you again for all your support. May God bless both of you as you continue to administer help and healing to the animals in your care.
