About Us
Established in June 1997, the Veterinary Housecall Service of Rochester's goal is to provide high quality, compassionate, veterinary medical care in the stress free and convenient environment of your own home. Through out affiliation with Monroe Veterinary Associates, we are able to offer hospital care, veterinary surgery, radiology, and laboratory services, in addition to our mobile at-home housecall care.

Our health care team consists of Dr. William Murphy and our customer service representatives Amie and Chelsea, who answer the phone from 8am until 5pm Monday through Friday, and from 8am to 12noon on Saturdays. Appointments are generally scheduled as follows:
Mon & Wed: 9am–8pm
Tues & Sat: 9am–12pm
Thurs: 9am–5pm
Coverage for veterinary emergencies is handled through our 24 hour Animal Emergency Service located at 825 White Spruce Blvd. Their telephone number is 424-1277.
