About Us
Established in June 1997, the Veterinary Housecall Service of Rochester's goal is to provide high-quality, compassionate, veterinary medical care in the stress-free and convenient environment of your own home. Through our affiliation with Monroe Veterinary Associates, we are able to offer hospital care, veterinary surgery, radiology, and laboratory services, in addition to our mobile at-home Housecall care.

Our health care team consists of Dr. William Murphy and our customer service representatives, Lynn and Chelsea, who answer the phone from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturdays.

Tues & Sat: 9am–12pm
Thurs: 9am–5pm
